Ghost
Ghost
She stands there every day
On the corner, patiently waits
For him to arrive
To help her feel alive
Her heart begins to pound
All around her is the sound
Of trucks, buses, and cars
She alone is among the stars
Soon enough he passes by
Looking at the sky
As it begins to rain
He prays to see her once again
He cannot see her there
Walks through her like the air
Of all this world she misses most
Not living as a ghost
