Abstract Children Stories Others

I time travelled, I don't know-how

To thousand years hence from now

Humans weren't seen

Robots everywhere, who were rather keen

I looked everywhere, for a single human

Then I saw some who sat by their windows in the tall buildings

They stared at me strangely

I assumed it was by my clothes

Only did I find out they never came out of their house

The roads were clear

But the air was polluted

I couldn't breathe

In this case, no-one could

I walked and walked before I came across a village

Where everything was the opposite

People worked, lurked and sulked

Unlike the ones in the developed nation

I wondered what they did with their lives

What did they live for?
