Drowned Dreams!

Her feet moved forward

And so did his eyes!

She walked with all the charisma

And he followed optimistically!

Eternal ripples, the water-body ahead treated them with!

She marched near and then turned her neck to perceive

The long rooted ever-applauding companion of the combo!

And slowly did the silent spectator!

Her tender legs got tangled by a piece of cloth

Left behind by yesterday's feast reaper!

His heart shuddered but he stood still owing to

The eliciting anxiousness about her anxiety!

Her struggles in vain, she rested

While his humanity substituted his intentionality!

Of a sudden, he took a few steps audaciously

To realize the pay for his reckless decision!

His step on the loose sand incapable of withstanding weight,

Made way to his travel beneath to reach above!

She managed to move with her webbed and tangled foot,

Her feathers unwilling to take a flight!

With her eyes fixed on his parts above the ground,

Her ears sensed the sound of the shutter!

And then he threw his most precious possession

As far as he could intending to save it,

Unable to rescue his parents' and friends'!

And then the dreams of many drowned!

Helpless and hopeless now she rests again,

Regretting the path she had taken,

For she lost one of her beaus

And the world, one budding artist!
