Abandoned Abode

The desolated abode beckoned me to witness its pain

It has been abandoned with disdain

It rummaged through the nook and corner but all it found was evil

It intertwined all evils to succumb to peril

The memories of its nourishers disseminating laughter are bygone 

The dark has engulfed to keep it alone

It had quietly enjoyed the conversations

But now is coaxed to watch murders

It is unable to muster the courage to get back its loved ones

All it is left with is useless bones

The dark energies usurped its joy

Through their conned ploy

The drunkards occupied its space

To mess up its face

The devils pop up out of nowhere

To render scare

The abode which influenced divine activities

Is now bludgeoned with evil activities

It can't eject its pain through voice

Silence has curbed its choice

It can't die on its own

Neither can it find a mate in this town

The sorry plight of this abandoned abode,

Is known nationwide

But still, no one shows mercy

And left it alone to drown in misery

The earthquake comes as a blessing in disguise

To grant salvation as per its choice
