Social Awkwardness
Social Awkwardness
I despised my social awkwardness
Because I felt it drained my happiness
It made me wear a shy mask
Dealing with the world became a tough task
I felt I was a big loser
Awkwardness attacked me with a focus of a laser
It made me carve a path inwards
And kept me away from social birds
It set ablaze my ego and kept me grounded
Inner sanctuary is a place I landed
It came as a blessing in disguise
Not to make me weak but wise
I embrace my social awkwardness
That has opened an inner portal of happiness
I don't see it as an imperfection
It is a medal I wear with perfection
