Diwali: The Festival Of Light

Diwali: The Festival Of Light

It is Diwali, the festival of light,

Every road and corner gleams so brightly.

The joyous feeling, with the soft cool breeze,

For a long year, is going to be missed with ease.

Nature joins us with the moon's soft gaze,

Stars twinkle and fireflies glow with praise.

The cricket's melodious song gently declares,

The joyous feel of Diwali is light, vibrant, and rare.

Diwali is full of colors, rangoli on the floor,

Serving a joyous purpose, bringing happiness to every door.

Beyond differences, rich and poor greet each other,

Long-separated families brought together.

Hindu, Muslim, and all hand in hand,

In Diwali's light, we come to understand,

Mosque and temple side by side,

Harmony in diversity, love can't hide.

Saffron and green, together abide,

In Diwali's glow, unity is our pride.

Love echoes, light reflects, joy overjoyed in every heart,

Diwali is a celebration where differences depart.

Hindu, Muslim, poor, and rich, together in a joyous dance,

Diwali is a festival of love and light, a harmonious poem of coexistence.
