Dressed in a gown
Dressed in a gown
She was a witch,
dressed in a gown!
She draped herself,
In grace and geniality.
She bejewelled her hands,
with bracelets of generosity!
She donned the anklets,
filled with joy and beauty!
She concealed her vile smile,
with gloss of alacrity!
She poured herself into the necklace of love!
And filled her brows with modesty!
But,
Out of the blue,
came a windstorm,
which blew away the whole lot!
Her attire of sympathy flew away,
Her wristlets fell to pieces,
The men of honesty took away,
her anklets of false delight!
The wind grabbed away,
all the fake light!
The woman knelt down,
every one left her,
at the core of the town!
For what was real,
was now uncovered.
All that she had,
was a heart so black,
Whose fire blew away the whole town!
She was curled up in envy,
and adorned with greed!
She was immersed in bad deeds,
she had done all of her life!
Her lips spoke brutality,
Her eyes spoke a thousand lies!
The people of the town ran out,
and screamed in grief!
For she was a witch,
came to tear down,
people's smiles and the whole town!
Dressed in a gown!
