Different Struggles

From the time we've managed to be in our senses, we realized every individual's unique, 

Every person having a different observation and a separate way of defining their peak. 

Also, we were born to fulfill different occupations, 

Human beings we are the same, just with a lot of variations. 

We considered the journey from birth to death as 'life', 

And little by little our main focus shifted from together living to alone survive. 

It's funny how we now consider ourselves as intelligent humans, 

When emotional intelligence and empathy are the factors we completely deprive. 

Knowing our differences didn't help us much, 

Our ability to empower others is now covered with dust. 

Feels like a person is joking when they ask for your trust, 

The personality of a shining iron, covered with back biting's rust. 

We didn't realize that along with our journey, the struggles are unique too, 

Challenges and problems are never over, there is always something new. 

It's just that in front of our daily fight, the problems of others seem few. 

So busy pushing people down in this competition, 

Always ready to point out mistakes but never ready to stand up for appreciation. 

Becoming selfish and highlighting the struggles we have has become a daily practice, 

Pulling people down and blaming our bad days has become a new tactic. 

Talking behind people's backs makes us feel free, 

Are we forgetting about the fact that an individual is not only the exterior we see? 

There are a lot of layers and phases they've passed which we are completely unaware of, 

But why do we bother? We only look at their good days and stop. 

We have no ideas of the high-frequency earthquake that shattered their dreams, 

The smile they use as a covering for all their internal screams. 

It's not just us that have struggles, we need to understand this as soon as possible, 

Need to get out of our narcissistic bubble. 

They have good days, amazing moments that look like a fairytale, 

But along with those amazing moments come terrible memories as well

So stop weighing your struggles with their enjoyment on this unfair scale. 

And before pulling the other down it's more sensible to look at the bigger picture, 

Life is unfair not only to you but to every living creature, 

So stop thinking of life as partial and start looking at it as a challenger. 

And if the thought of others life being perfect in your head juggles, 

Just remember, he has his own, different struggles.
