The Today that brings Tomorrow

These struggles today, that you're so tired of,

Are carving a path for your future self.

These wishes today, you pray to be fulfilled, 

Are under progress to become your reality. 

Good days just 'round the corner, 

Waiting for bad days to end their cruelty. 

The thick clouds of uncertainty will be overwhelmed by the happy blue sky, 

And realisation would be yours when hours turn to days and days go by. 

That every wrong rhythm is replaced by the perfect synchronised flow, 

And that the storms were just an indication for the future rainbow. 

The blank set of feelings that cover you all over today, 

Tomorrow would be able to label them, no longer being it's prey. 

The tears that fall without permission, glistening your determined vision, 

Will bloom into a strong model encrypted precision, 

Once it's finally success season. 

The dark circles and tired features that mark out your lack of powers, 

Would be counted as key features to describe these hardworking hours. 

And the frustration that filled you feeling helpless like a small chap, 

Tomorrow in the presence of learnt lessons, wont crawl back. 

You'll thank yourself for bravery of entering sea when it looked comfortable on the shore, 

Because if it wasn't for those strong high waves, you could have swore, 

It was impossible to reach the island created for content souls. 

And that survival included rough patches and unfulfilled goals. 

The darkness that blinds your vision for possibilities, 

Will be the factor that gives way to the ray of abilities. 

To shine brighter in that room that once was unattended, 

To have all it's cracked walls healed and mended. 

The experiences that had no exact words for description,

Small pain and big problems creating problematic friction, 

You'll soon be able to write an entire book on all, 

The big or the small, 

and all about the self proclaimed prison. 

Having your own book of achievements, 

Chapters on both unicorns and earthquakes, 

However the most important being the acknowledgment on its first page, 

One where you express gratitude to your own mistakes.
