Daddy dear..(DAY 1)

That day ,you took me out for a drive..

Said ,"wanna spend some time with you dear!"

I beamed with joy and gave you a high five...

Said,"let's go daddy without any fear!"

As we rode,I felt the air so soft on my face

No noise ,no excuses,no work to disturb us here;

You made some time for me and joined my pace

Without any strings pulling you there.

We stopped at my favourite park..

And you bought me some gummy bears;

As I was Chewing on them, I saw a dog bark

That made me shed a frightful tear.

You held me in your arms

And brought yourself near;

Patting my head with your hands so warm

You calmed me down saying,"There's nothing to fear!"

Oh,daddy! I still remember that old you and me..

And still revive those words to make my mind clear;

No matter the distance between you and me,

I still smile whenever I hear you say,"I love you dear!"
