Cyclone Amphan
Cyclone Amphan
With raging fury, mercilessly maniac Cyclone Amphan,
Swallowed voraciously the terrified, trembling man.
In a deranged rage, High-rise buildings she battered,
Trees, corrugated sheets and glass she scattered.
She screamed, she howled and she whistled too,
Cars, houses, and sheds, like flying saucers, flew.
The rain pierced like needles with a bitter vengeance,
The devastation wreaked, had no purport or sense!
