Long ago when I existed...

Peace and harmony were all I witnessed

Endless love and peace everywhere...

No place for fear and despair...

Religion and caste never mattered...

In hearts bell of joy echoed.

Birth of a girl child was considered a blessing.

Women had the right to live in dignity.

Neighbors always ready to help in distress...

Elders were given due honor and respect.

Trust and sacrifice now...vanished from hearts...

Judgments....criticism kill people every hour... 

Under one roof all behave strangers... Among countries prevail war and terror...

Oh, human beings on earth! 

My heart aches when pains I hear.

I wish to live in your heart again...

Stand together to make this world.

A better place.
