I was frazzled and hopeless

Dying and crying from inside,

Not a bit of desire

Left in me,

My petals worn out

And just about to fall on the ground

When you showed your pure mercy on me.

I remember, once

How looking towards you

Drinking your beauty on my face,

I blossomed from your light and warmth.

Oh, Sun! Once again,

You made me alive

And glorious like you,

My every petal radiates

Positivity and spirit of light

With your golden rays of brightness

Energy and strength I regained.

Now strong enough, I beam with pride

To share the blessings of growth

To spread the seeds of joy and hope

I received from you,

Here, I stand with splendid beauty

And head held high.

All set to face you

Soaking your energy,
