Days Of Hunger

I still go back to the days of hunger,

When there was no bread to rely,

No shelter above,

And no shoes to put on,

Even the soleless shoes had given its way,

And the roofless shelter had shed its leaves,

While the summer days gave the needless tan and shine,

The nights made it peaceful to strive,

The winter mornings became the hope to look forward to,

While the winter nights made it impossible to survive,

But the days of hunger became less,

I had bread to survive and sometimes to celebrate my living I had milk by my side,

They stayed together with my festivities and celebration,

They are still by my side even now in my days of satisfaction of life,

The high quality dishes don't fulfill my need,

Like the bread and milk,

And it hasn't stopped becoming my need coz of the price and luxury,

It was there in the hard time,

And it is still there in my days of happiness,

And it shall be with all the humans who had and are having their days of hunger.
