You Make Memories

We grow up slowly slowly

But time moves on

Not slowly,

Very fast

Yesterday I was wearing a sweater

Today I am wearing the same to my daughter

Seconds, minutes and hour went after and after

Spent with ups and downs, tears and laughter

Yesterday I was a kid for my parents

Today they are for me

Time taught me to treat them like a kid

I was also forgiven for mistakes I did

A little time in today's time

Has become a precious gift

To share with near and dear ones

Has become definitely difficult

Still, time is there

To take out time for the joy

That we should celebrate always

Because undoubtedly time is precious

And so are they........
