Clean India

Clean India was what we dreamt,

With open eyes in a bed unkempt,

All we asked, was for a little support,

To clean their homes, while we worked on the ports...

Walking on the beach, a dirty shore,

Is not something, we usually adore,

Don't run away, from the stinky sticky smell,

To freshen it up, one must come out of their shell...

Oh! Look at the trapped fishes and whales,

In plastics- calling for help through their dying wails,

We hear them suffering from our messy rooms,

Hey Lazy men! Go! Pick up your brooms... 

It's time to make clean the unclean,

To create a land, where people aren't mean,

And children by fatigue, no longer get lean...
