Chasing The Green Grass

I'm done chasing green grass on the other side,

There is greener grass on the other side of the fence, no doubt about it.

However, that doesn't mean the grass can't be greener on my side as well.

The Green Grass was fortunate to have someone committed to nurturing and caring for it

When I was neck-deep in the vicious cycle of comparison and complaint, I ignored my own grass.

It looked like someone on the other side went the extra mile to take care of the grass.

The grass needs to be nurtured with love and passion and given all the attention it deserves.

The path to what you want is not an easy one. You need to give everything you have to make it happen.

However, that's what it takes to achieve your goals and realize your dreams.

The worthwhile things in life don't come easy.

And when you pour your heart and soul into what you want 

You would be the proud owner of green, shiny grass.

When you love what you do, you create miracles and it changes your life forever

Because this passion gives you the power of Midas touch and gives you your set of green grass.

Now that I know, I could own green grass as well

It is my promise to take good care of it and improve it in any way I can 

My attention, love, and care are all it deserves 

Once I embark on this beautiful journey, not only would I be the proud owner of the grass

However, I would also experience the blissful feeling of seeing my own green shiny grass.

When the rays of the sun fall on the beautiful shiny grass

it would be a reminder of all my efforts, my hard work that paid off well.

So no more chasing after other people's green grass.

Instead, I will focus on my own grass.
