You are Special

When I saw you for the first time, I knew I met the love of my life

You looked so stunning, beautiful, and alluring, the spark in your eyes,

And the glow on your face made my heart skip a beat 

How can someone be like you, it's so not justified to others

But then again, when I am destined to be lucky, I have little to complain about.

When my eyes met you, it felt as if there was some instant connection that I felt right at the moment

Your eyes seemed to be telling me there was something about you,

That made you more special than you appeared to be.

I had never believed in love at first sight,

But you just proved me so wrong, that I am actually happy about it.

Now, Life may not provide us with everything that we want, but it certainly ensures that we meet the people we are destined to.

Getting introduced to you, and meeting you certainly proved to be the changing factor in my life.

Before I met you, I was merely existing in the world, but after destiny got me introduced to you,

I realized what a wonderful gift Life has given to me.

A gift that is too precious and important for me,

Little did I realize what a big part of my life you had become in the very first meeting!

Call me crazy in love, but actually, every time I take a breath, it reminds me of you.

Though am yet to approach you, to talk to you, to tell you how I feel about it 

I am now dreadful to even think about how would I survive now, without you in my life

How do I approach you and convey my feelings to you, because You are so so special? 

And I am just someone merely existing in the world.

I just don't know, what to do 

Am terrified to approach you to express my feelings,

At the same time, I do not want to scare you or trouble you 

Why is love so beautiful, yet sometimes it's so difficult 

If I don't express my feelings I may lose you forever, and what if I express my feelings and still lose you

 

And that's when I decided to keep my feelings to myself, because if they hurt you 

Then my feelings would haunt me throughout my life

Yes, not having you in my life would hurt, it would hurt in a big way 

But I owe a bigger responsibility towards protecting you from anything that could hurt you 

Even if they are my feelings

You are special and shall always be special to me, 

I just wish for you, that you get someone as special as you in your life 

Because you deserve nothing but only the special in Life.
