Blame Game

Blame Game

1 min 192 1 min 192

In the beginning, it was so tender and sweet

Like fingers running gently over piano keys

Music of bodies in perfect symphony.

Down the line it got so routine

Banging furiously, merely for self-release

Bodies no more creating any magic.

Some keys remained depressed, needed tuning

Like rotten black teeth, root canal could not fix,

Blame game started in full swing.

Love flew out of the window, lover left the scene

Searching for new avenues to prove his virility.

Alas! even there faced defeat

Couldn't rise to the occasion, afraid to admit!

Returned too late to find she'd already fled

Into the arms of another; whose tuning was perfect!
