Alzheimer
Alzheimer
Losing track in life, a game
First my fame
And then my name
My memory to blame
I have become lame.
They call it Alzheimer
My wife, I can’t remember
In my memory, I constantly err.
Can’t complete my task
Reason you know, don’t ask.
Not a glory to bask.
I forget to count
Of my expenses can’t keep account.
My woes, increasingly mount.
My brain has shrunk
It is like I have over drunk
In the test of life, I have flunk.
I understand there is no cure
No medicines to procure
In death I can feel secure.
