The Life Of A Santhal

I've seen a variety of people in my locality and in the mobile phone through Social Media. In that way, through a YouTube channel I came to know about a person from the Santhal Tribe. His name is Chandan. Though these people are tribal they do not live in the forests like other tribes do, they live their life just like the villagers. The Santhal people even want to mix with the main stream people. In course of time they are trying to get advanced and forget their old traditions. And you'll be amazed to know that Chandan has also got a job and he's a YouTuber now. The work he does is really appreciable. He, including three other main stream people, cooks a large amount of food for a different poor village each time. They do this at least 2-3 times a week.

           Other than Chandan's job, his lifestyle is also very different from the other Santhals. He lives typically like a villager in a hut and no one will be able to recognise him that he's a Santhal, by looking at him for the first time. The whole family's food habits, behavior, manners, talking style, etc are all like a normal main stream person. Though Chandan is a tribal person, a Santhal from religion, his lifestyle is totally like ours. So he is also very successful in his life.
