It's our favorite summer time again
Every year during summers we come
To visit our grandfather at the village
My friends love to play games
We love water games in hot afternoon
There is a little pond near my grandfathers house
Quietly every afternoon we sneak out
When everybody takes the siesta
To run merrily to the little pond
We immediately dive in the water
Splashing the cool water on each other
Instantly cooling us in the scorching heat
An hour passes in a few minutes
Time to go back home so that
No one finds out and finds us sleeping
