Woman A Salient Leader since ancient times

 

From ancient times we can find such power of few women which has made them different, unusual, courageous, and dared to go against the customs and rigid rules and making their way towards bringing change for betterment of women, community or even for whole country and the World.

 Such leadership is rare but they have made history in India and in the World. and this has certainly helped today’s women in some or the other way. 

 

   Be it a situation’s need which has made courageous Rani Laxmibai or be their unusual talent and intelligence which made Bahinabai where educational background did not matter but she wrote many such routine things in simple but logical and in philosophical way, that poems she wrote are part of Marathi text books in school now. Also Jijabai a strict mother who is behind the making of Shivaji Raje.

 

   Also period after that where technology was not developed like today. there were no Mixer, grinder, gas stoves and cookers, and washing machines or calculators and computers or even electricity at homes still woman has shown her tolerance, carried out physical work which was tiring and uncomfortable, without complaining. here she was salient leader of the house.

 

   In today’s advanced world though technology has come to her help but still we can say only few percent of women are independent in real sense they have a burden and responsibility to take along with them the rest of the women who are still fighting for their rights and for peaceful and happy life. still there are many age old rigidity and customs in our society which is hurdle in their progress.

 

Today’s woman is becoming expert in multitasking as without that she can not do, whether it is at office or at home. it is her honesty and sincerity that makes her do so and not that she has some super human power or tendency to do so compared to a man. men gives excuses and it is our beliefs and habits that has made them so.

 

A woman can work in office for whole day and again after coming back home she can attend to cooker whistles in kitchen, inquire an adolescent children about their whole day’s activities, Reply to their urgent emails , looking after old in-laws or parents if at home and all this at the same time. and that makes them Leader be it at office or at home.

Salute to all the women on this women’ s day especially to those who have made the History.

This story I will dedicate to my Late Mother, as she was my inspiration.
