Waves

Sitting beside the marine drive alone missing someone's presence in my life fills my heart with some ripples like these waves on the ocean it sometimes felt demonic just wasting my time and precious moments by just watching these waves aided by the breeze to go along with them.

A kind of calmness spread inside me watching these waves passing by. These waves felt like a constant driving force to me in a time of solitude. Slipping down in my thoughts watching people passing by a sense of calmness resides over me, suddenly a recognized voice drummed in my ears and when I turned back, she came and hugged me, dropping tears from it she said, "You're not alone in this battle with devilish cancer." I will be by your side till your last breath. She kissed me and we hugged forgetting all the pains.
