Soldier- What a horrific incident has happened. Numerous people lost their lives while several were

Injured.

Common Man- Injured? May i request you to Elaborate?.

Soldier- here comes the latecomer.

Common Man- Latecomer?, First you mentioned someone injured and now then i am mocked.

What’s up with the Mockery.

Soldier- Perhaps, what a change it would have been had you been there.

Common Man- May I request you to cut the story short.

Soldier-Story will have been cut short by me, perhaps the question is will you come to the point?.

Common Man- You and your quizzical queries, I request you to mention the incident and how

could i had help?.

Soldier- A Major Bomb blast has claimed to claim lives while leaving some injured.

Common Man- Where did this happen?.

Soldier- Near Red Fort, New Delhi.

Common Man- That is Sad News, Would you guide me ?.

Soldier- Surely , I Would guide you.

Soldier- V as in Vigilance.

Common Man- How can i exhibit my Vigilance?.

Soldier- As per reports it is believed that the area was Congested.

Common Man- So, you expect me to be vigilant in such areas.

Soldier- You are a quick learner. Aren’t You?.

Common Man- But the question is how exactly can i stay vigilant?. What should i do?.

Soldier- to begin with stay calm and refrain to panic, to add to you should refrain from creating ruckus. Furthermore don’t crowd the area and more importantly have all the quintessentially

required numbers at the palm of hand so that you can inform the concerned authority on time.

Soldier- Watch for people involved in a suspicious activity or if you see a suspicious person

Inform the concerned authority and more importantly don’t fall prey to rumours.

Soldier- if the scene calls for your extra effort then go for it.

Common Man- I Didn’t get it. Could you explain?.

Assume that i am a gunman who is on a killing spree and i am approaching random people . You happen to witness the scene . Would you wait to take your mobile out to record or choose some

other wise solution?. By the way gun is not loaded.

Common Man- What am i suppose to do?.

Soldier – Create a group, hurl stones at the gunman or make any object a weapon while urge another person to call the concerned authority while some group is busy confronting the criminal.

Soldier- You Got it, but what about the other fellow countrymen.
