Firstly, This too shall pass I would say as it's something we need to hear every time we suffer from loneliness whether it comes from a person we know or from a person who is completely a stranger.

Secondly, you should always keep your parents in the first place to tell everything to them if you share a very cordial relation with them like no grudges for anything you are holding of them is yelling at you for some or other things, If you share with your parents what you are going through they can help you heal with it slowly but definitely will not leave your side when it's tough to stay there. And if you can't share with your parents or not even with your friends then the only thing to overcome depression or frustration is to “Do what you love to do because doing what you love will give a piece of relief or should I say it will give you the satisfaction of being good at something at least.”

Just keep yourself indulged into your favorite hobbies or pastimes that can be anything like, Scribbling, drawing, sketching, singing, dancing, photography, videography, talking to yourself, or anything.”


Indulging yourself into something that you love will definitely distract you from the frustration and depression. Try to learn something new during that phase as you will never know what gives you peace apart from the regular activities unless you try to perform or learn them.
