The caption says: "Falling apart is not difficult but knowing that I will have to stand like this from now onwards hurts badly."

It pierced his heart because he did not want to make her fall apart but he could not ignore those heartaches of not able to talk enough even for a day. He thought, "It is better to fall apart for once and feel that pain for a time being rather tearing apart inch by inch day by day."
