The Traitor............

Vincent getting worried every day. He had left for Egypt without Charu’s knowledge. He had replaced the original sword with a duplicate sword and brought it along with him to get the stones out of it to fulfill his dream. He had engaged people to get that out of it, but till date not getting it. He needs the radiations of atoms to open the portal. That’s the reason he had played lots of drama to win everybody’s confidence including Anthony. He had even done many crimes to fulfill his dreams. He wants to rule the world. His intelligence and sweet words always helped him. He was waiting for disappearance of Anthony and planned secretly with Martha to get the original sword from the museum. Everything till leaving museum was perfect, but now he is smelling that something had gone wrong. There are so many questions in his mind. Either this sword is not the sword Anthony was using or the people he had engaged are not capable to get the stones and atoms properly from it. Now he is wondering what to do? Where to start? How to know? The sword is the only last weapon for him to win over the world. He was getting disturbed. He sat quietly in the corner of his research lab started thinking.

He remembered the night when Sheryl’s parents were killed and the goons were making the blood shed there, he came rushing in late knowingly as it was his plan along with others. He wanted to stole the sword on the same night, but as the place got crowded, he couldn’t made it. He failed and waited for the next chance. Next day Anthony reached. Anthony was disturbed. He discussed with Sheryl and after the last rituals of her parents, Anthony sends back Sheryl for safety reasons. Anthony started digging the root cause and the people behind that brutal killings. Anthony was very daring and intelligent. He started looking after the properties and tried to brought back the normal conditions after one month. Anthony was getting very nearer to his own investigations. He was having his own team and Vincent was not a part of that team. Wisely Anthony engaged Vincent with other responsibilities. Initially Vincent was not aware of Anthony’s plan. The plan was been made as discussed with Sheryl and directed by her. Sheryl was having little doubt on Vincent too. She had updated about this to Anthony and warned him to be careful and to have an eye on Vincent. That was enough for Anthony to execute his plans. He was determined to punish the culprits. After some days Vincent could smell, that Anthony was going to reach the root and the traitors. Then he planned to get rid of Anthony. But it was not easy. He was only waiting for the time to finish him, so that he can get the sword and will not be caught by anybody for the crime he was involved in. He had made his master plan with his people and just waiting for the right moment.

Anthony by that time became more careful and could came to understand that the sword has to be protected. He planned in his way to protect the sword. He discussed with his persons in Egypt and got their help. He managed to hide the original sword with a secret lock, which was only known to him. He put the exact duplicate of the sword in its place, so that nobody will have any doubt. This was done by him very cautiously. Anthony knew that anytime he might be attacked for the sword, but didn’t know exactly who will be the attackers. Anthony discussed regarding this with Sheryl and advised by her not to move alone. He was then taking his trusted persons with him while going out. But in the house, he was confident of safety with Martha and other staffs.

There the anxiety of Vincent was increasing. He never wanted to delay his actions. He tried to create a plot to get Anthony trapped, so that his purpose can be fulfilled. He sends his people to different plantation sites of the hills to create the situations to get Anthony busy in solving issues. His plans were going in the right direction. Suddenly in one of the hills of coconut there was some disturbance in the school and the people over there. Vincent informed this to Anthony. Then Anthony advised him to reach there and look in to the matter. Vincent was expecting that Anthony will go there along with him, but as asked by Anthony he went there. Actually, all these were planted by Vincent. After some time, Anthony reached there with his people. He spoke to all and tried to sort out the issues which was not that big. Suddenly he found some groups started fighting with each other.

As Anthony reached them to pacify the situation, he saw one group started attacking him and he was prepared to face it. After few moments some casualties took place there and Anthony asked Vincent to take them to hospital. Then he requested all to maintain peace stay calm. After that he returned home. While on his return he was thinking about the incidence and the posture of Vincent at that time. He started feeling something was wrong with Vincent. Now his doubts on Vincent started increasing.

Here Vincent got the time to plan giving final touch to it. While taking injured people to hospital, who were all his planted persons, he discussed his plan for the night. He had them all got first-aid and reminded them of that night’s plan. Vincent returned to home. He called for an urgent meeting of his team to discuss and execute the plan in the night. The plan was very tough as they have to face Anthony. It was never easy to defeat Anthony easily. Vincent was feeling nervous, but he was desperate to get that sword. All of them were waiting for the time fixed by them.

That was around 9.30 pm, when usually Anthony went to sleep after dinner and his personal security staffs take rest in their room. Martha after completing her work used to ask the security to close the door and leave for her house.

That night Martha left the house without asking security to close the door and left it unlocked. Then after sometime some persons with masks on their face and weapons suddenly entered the house. They took their positions as discussed and planned. They waited for some moments till the bedroom light of Anthony get switched off. As Anthony was very much disturbed that day, he was not feeling sleepy. Then He heard some sound of foot steps in the hall, which was very slow. He switched off the light and tried to see from the window being behind the screen. He made calls to his personal guards to be alert and informed about what he heard. Then his guards slowly tried to follow the footsteps. They saw around 20 people were going towards the hall and some are hiding behind sofa and a group was proceeding towards the sword. The guards informed Anthony regarding this. Now Anthony could feel that his doubts are not doubts, but the truth. He told his security people to be ready for unseen fight and he slowly came downstairs. He planned with his people. Then he reached the hall and switched on the light. He saw five masked persons are near the sword. He shouted and asked them to leave. He proceeded towards them with his two guards. Suddenly the hided persons started attacking Anthony. Anthony and his two guards fought back. It was a long fight and some of the attackers got injured seriously and started running towards the door. Suddenly somebody hurt Anthony on his head from the back. Anthony fall down and bleeding. Then he could see that a tall man crossed him, who had attacked him towards the sword. He was Vincent. Now Anthony kept pretending as if he was dead. He stopped breathing, which he can do for five minutes. This he learned from his marshal art. Vincent came close to him and checked and with a smile said to his people, ’good job done. Now let us leave the place with the sword quickly.’ Then Vincent took the sword and all of them left the place. Anthony opened his eyes saw his two security persons were dead and lying there. As per his plan others came near to him. He asked only two persons to go with him and others to stay back and declared that he was kidnapped. Then he fainted. As it was planned by Anthony his most trusted two security took him along with them. Others stayed there. Next day they first informed Sheryl that Anthony was kidnapped and then informed Vincent the same. By that time Anthony had escaped from there along with two securities and had gone long way from that place. But the secrecy of the original sword was with Anthony only. Vincent took the exact duplicate sword replacing with another duplicate one brought by him as per his plan. It was unknown to Vincent that he had taken the duplicate sword. The traitor was very happy.

When Sheryl heard the news of kidnapping of Anthony, she couldn’t believe it. That had socked her. She had a serious stroke and got bed ridden and under doctor’s treatment and Charu was informed about Sheryl’s condition and she rushed back from U S A to be with Sheryl.

The original sword, the sacred sword remained there in that museum in the secret locker. This is unknown to the traitor Vincent and all except Anthony.
