The time and value I never got

People say the most valuable thing on the planet is money, some say power while some says its knowledge. Well, the truth is that all of them work for time, the boss. Time is the most valuable thing that one can give. Everything can come back except time. And yeah, being a social animal it's our responsibility to utilise our time wisely in our circle. This is because our time is not only ours, we share a major part of it with others. More than half with family and family, rest with fun § Friendship. Well, there's no question of time you spare over family or work. But the time distribution among your loved ones, your friends, partner and your enjoyment. Why? Because the time that someone gives shows how important they are. Because if someone is important to you, you arrange the right time for them instead of waiting for the right time. The same confusion arose with the main character of our story, Ankush.

Ankush, a guy with a pure heart but no voice. Yep, he's a bit shy or you can say introverted. Even when entered college he was the main victim of being a joke. The class was also a bit diplomatic so he rather chose to remain silent and not make any friends. But, God has other plans. He had made a close friend, Raghav and one bestie Sheema. He couldn't catch the flow when their gradual gossip turned into life changing friendship. He thought he got the real gems in his life. He's no longer lonely, Sheema the one who used to make a lot of fun and also a girl with a good mind who pushes Ankush to study regularly. She almost calls him daily and shares everything with him. But gradually she tried to become egocentric, finding attention all the time. Even in groups she wanted special attention which was quite difficult for Ankush. On the top of it, few girls always chat about Sheema which Ankush hated a lot. He couldn't understand when he's in love with Sheema. A friendship is going to be a relationship. Cool. Isn't it? They even started dating each other, moving together on cycles.

But On the top of it, her demand for attention was reaching peaks so she started public fights. Ankush couldn't understand what's going on in his life. But after some semesters, the water flew above head when his girlfriend wanted to hangout before his final exams. Now, she turned destructive but the most surprising thing is that when Ankush discussed the issue with her, she gradually ignored and broke up a few days before the exam. And she decided to begin a new start. So, the upset Ankush went to his close friend Raghav.

Raghav, a fun loving guy, he's so helpful in nature but he's too careless to be responsible. He can waste his entire life for enjoyment, fun and travelling. No interest in work. But he must ensure to dig out Ankush before exams for notes. In his leisure time, the talks would go on for hours with Ankush. They used to share everything, and moved out with friends. As Ankush was a bit introverted, Raghav makes sure that his friend is comfortable and is invited to the group events. But it's well said that time waits for no one. Their brotherhood was also judged by time. After spending so much time together, Ankush became emotionally dependent on Raghav. But after college ended, things gradually changed. Raghav remained busy with his new friends, home chores and enjoying life. But the upset Ankush never coped up with the change. He tried to connect with his friend for studies and all kinda reasons. But soon he discovered that his friend had left with only a few minutes for him which used to be hours before. Now, there won't be any calls beyond a dozen minutes and there won't be any call-backs even after reminders even if some messages remain unreplied and seen forever. Even after sharing the issue, the poor Ankush was left with no option but to stay lonely.

Today, the broken heart of Ankush was craving for some chat with his so-called bro, Raghav. As usual he called him at night but nope, not received. He tried some other days at the same time but no result. All he could notice that his friend is busy scrolling insta and being online at WhatsApp. After a few days Ankush gave up, there's no one around him to support him. He gradually realised that everything happens for time. He has no plans for moving out or fun so his close friend ignored him. After a few months a call was received by his close friend and they chatted for a few hours but his friend also made sure that Ankush sent him some products that he needed via bus from his city. Wow! Call with benefits and that too on the convenience. So, it's a harsh reality that everyone uses your time but noone will give you their time and if someone does then they really love you. People usually recall others when they need something or they have spare time to spend. This is very painful but this Ankush gave everyone priority except himself but no one valued him.

Worst thing is that during his college days, Raghav used to give most importance and calling everyday to his female friends who backbitches about him all the time. It's Ankush who put Raghav into the right path, wasting his sleep to talk with him the entire night but see how selfish the world is.

At the end, empty handed Ankush removed all contacts and moved on his journey. A few years passed, and he got a good job. And one day he received an invitation to the marriage ceremony of his ex-Sheema with his best friend. Startled Ankush understood that it's love where no friendship or brotherhood matters. People become blind and you are left with only their memories. So, make sure to give time to people who care about you before it becomes too late. There are face masks above the real faces.

Miss you my so called…..
