The Super Shef: Luna

From her childhood, Luna was involved in cooking. She just loved cooking food. Her mother: Jessica started teaching her cooking from when she was just 9 years old!! When Luna was 13 years old. She had learnt to make all kinds of food, may it be Mexican, Chinese, Japanese or Indian. She had became the master of making food! 

One day, Luna had just woken up and what she saw! "An advertisement of a cooking competition for country's young stars between 10-15 years, which is to be telecasted on television!" Luna screamed. As soon as Luna read it, she ran to her mom and told her about it. And she asked her permission to participate in the competition. And Luna's mom agreed. "We just need to make a video of a child making something yummy! And the ones whom judges will select will be asked to come in the show and compete with country's one of the finest young shefs!" Luna says to her mom. Soon, Luna and her mom started thinking of what they could make while suddenly the doorbell rang. Luna's mom opened the door and what she saw? Luna's aunt and her cousin: Cherry. Luna's mom asked them to come inside.

Jessica (Luna's mom): Look Luna, who has come!

Luna: Aunt and Cherry! How're you?

Aunt: We're fine. From many days, Cherry was saying that we'll go to Luna's house. So, we're here!

Jessica: That's great! Well, you've came at the right time, Cherry you also like cooking right?

Cherry: Yes! I love it!

Luna: Wait! Wait! Mom are you talking about that?

Jessica: Yes!

Cherry: What? Anyone tell me too!

Luna: Cherry, Read this advertisement, you'll understand.

Cherry read the advertisement and she also decided that she'll also take part in the competition. Both the children and their mothers shot their children's video of them cooking Chocolates and sent the video where they were asked to. 

After some days, the results came and Bingo! Both the sisters were selected for the competition which was to be held on television. But there's a big twist!! What? Cherry! Yes, Cherry was really very jealous of Luna because she was good at everything, Cherry thought if Luna is there, then she'll never win the competition, so she decided that in the competition, she'll spoil Luna's food. She came up with many ideas for spoiling Luna's food. 

It was shooting day, of the competition. The host told the rules to all shortlisted 15 participants all over the country. The rules were:

i) There will be 2 rounds respectively.

ii) The shortlisted 5 participants will go in round 2.

iii) Our judges will choose winners based on the taste as well as the presentation of the dish. 

Every participant agreed.

Host: Now, it's time for Round 1: Here you have to make any spicy dish followed by a dessert. 

Everyone started making food. Luna decided to make French Fries in a spicy dish and Donut in dessert. Cherry decided to make Pizza in spicy dish and Cake in the dessert. Luna was ready to make food while Cherry for spoiling Luna's food. Luna started making her dish, firstly she was peeling the potatoes off for fries while Cherry screamed"Ohh! My God!!!!!" Cherry catched Luna's attention and that was what she wanted. Luna saw Cherry suddenly when she screamed and Luna cut her finger. Still in pain she asked Cherry what happened and Cherry said, " By mistake I added little more salt in my dish!!" Luna understood that Cherry is trying to spoil her food. Cherry was very happy inside that Luna has got hurt on her finger and that's why she'll quit the game but Luna doesn't, with her wounded finger she made fries as well as donuts. Cherry was shocked of how Luna made her food. Cherry also made pizza and cake but in shock. It was time for the judges to taste everyone's food. When judges ate Luna's food they're mindblown because the food was really very tasty. They tasted Cherry's food too and it was also nice. Now, it was time for the judges to announce the 5 participants who were going in round 2. The host called the names: Joy, Asia, James, Cherry and .... Luna!!! Luna was very happy as she was qualified for round 2! But Cherry was disappointed because she didn't wanted Luna to win.

Round 2 started: In round 2 participants had to make Burger! This time Cherry had a masterplan for Luna to loose the competition. Cherry discreetly took Luna's salt box and took out the salt from it and filled very very spicy chilly powder in it and enlarged the holes, so that Cherry's burger should get spoilt! Cherry and Luna both started making their Burgers. Luna was making a Veg Burger while Cherry was making Chicken Burger. Luna was completed with her Burger, just garnishing and putting salt was left. She took her salt box and sprinkled some salt on it but wait! It wasn't salt, it was chilly powder which Cherry filled in Luna's salt box. And because of the enlarged holes, a lot amount of chilly powder fell on the Burger. Only 5 mins were left for the competition to end and that much time wasn't sufficient to make a new Burger. Luna thought something and took out all the veggies from the burger and put some biscuits and chocolates and wafers between the buns of the Burger, garnished it with sprinkles and choco chips and poured some Chocolate Sauce on it and Wow! It became a Chocolate Burger. Cherry was also almost complete with her Burger but when she saw that Luna has made a new Burger which was looking very good, she began to tense and accidentally cut her finger by putting her finger on knife! Cherry screamed,

" Ahhh"!!! When Luna saw Cherry has got hurt, she immediately ran to her and took out her handkerchief and tied it on Cherry's finger. Cherry understood that she was doing wrong and unfair with her own cousin. She apologized Luna and Luna forgived Cherry. Soon, judges tasted everyone's Burgers. When they ate Luna's Chocolate Burger, they were like Soo... Yummy!!!! They just loved Luna's Chocolate Burger. They also tasted Cherry's Chicken Burger, it was also yummy!! It was time for the final results. Everyone's heart was beating faster than a racing car. Luna's and Cherry's moms were praying for their daughters to win from the audience. The host announced, the winner is..................... Luna!!!!!! Everyone screamed from the audience, " Wohoo!! Luna!! Luna!! Luna!! Luna was so happy and so was her mother. Cherry also was happy for her cousin and for her because she was the first runner up. Luna won a trophy and a huge cash prize. On the stage, when she was getting the trophy, she said, " Today, whatever I'm is because of my mother, she taught me to prepare food, She taught me to do everything most importantly to live life!

So, this trophy is for you, Mom!! Saying this she ran to her mother and hugged her and gave her the trophy. The winning moment of Luna in the competition has not been forgotten by her till now, that is today when she is a " Super Shef" herself, Yes! Luna is a very famous Shef and she runs a TV show for everyone to learn cooking. Really, today whatever Luna is, is not because of her mother alone it's because of her determination for cooking food weather anything happens. Anyone can do anything, just you need sufficient determination to do that "anything".
