The world is experiencing a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic, causing untold human suffering and death, and robbing individuals of livelihoods and countries of prosperity. The COVID-19 pandemic is challenging us in ways we could never have predicted. As the world is battling coronavirus, many medical institutions and research centres are racing to find the vaccine for it. The world has adapted to the “new normal” with many people still vulnerable to this pandemic. It’s easy to let negative thoughts creep in during the COVID-19 pandemic. That’s a natural response. There is a lot going on, and there are incredible changes. the best way to fight this pandemic is with better immunity and a good vaccine. Despite all of this, keeping a positive mindset can go a long way in managing difficult time. These two elements being important, I honestly believe that a positive approach and the keenness to overcome this situation is what will help us to circumvent this pandemic. These sudden, rapid changes in the way we live, coupled with uncertainty, can feel overwhelming, so being positive is an antidote for being happy and fit. Once it was quoted, " It's not the situation, but how you react to it matters "I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. The ultimate solution to the pandemic can be being fit, both physically and mentally. Try and seek to march forward with determination and hope. Maintaining a positive approach will help you cope more easily with the daily affairs of life. It will bring optimism into your life, and make it easier to avoid worries which ultimately effects your immune. So, be positive, spread positivity and never lose hope!
