Once there lived a King who had temperament issues. East to his Kingdom was his cousin's whom he disliked, so one day, he called his minister and told him to stop the flow of the river from his realm to his cousin. The minister knew doing so would cause a flood and would make the neighbour kingdoms start a war against them but the king was stubborn. So Minister went to the timekeeper and asked him to ring the well after the half-hour after of one.

As the timekeeper followed the command, the king went to sleep early and couldn't stop thinking about how his plan had made his cousin's life miserable. He couldn't sleep anticipating for the morning to witness the realization of his plan, so he kept counting rings. He got up when he heard the sixth ring but to his surprise, it was still dark. He called his minister who explained to him that as his cousin's kingdom is east, he has stopped sun was coming to our kingdom as revenge.

"Release the river's flow then." the king said angrily.
