The lady in red (part-2)

We all went into the house, holding each other's hands. We wanted to investigate each and everything. Samuel was the only guy with us. He told us that there's some very pungent smell coming from the kitchen. They all were really driven to it. 

They still couldn't figure out what that smell was. They thought that it might be smelling because it has been abandoned for so long. They ignored it and moved on.

They went to the room where stella love to sit and drink tea while reading a book. After entering the room, all they could smell was tea and old books. They were stunned. They got their emf meter out but to their surprise it detected nothing. They roamed the whole whole and investigate but got no activity except for the smell in every room which connected to its backstory. Clara suggested that they should revisit the kitchen since that was the only place that did not have any backstory to it and it still smelled really weird. They all agreed and went to the kitchen. They discovered a door which was covered with a cloth. They opened it and it turned out to be the way to the basement. And as they went deeper into the basement, the smell kept getting worse.

When they finally got into the basement. The door slammed shut. And they were terrified. They looked around and to their surprise they saw a bunch of dead bodies there. A group of people came from behind the cupboards kept in the basement and held them hostage. Took all their belongings and forced them to tranfer all thier money to their bank account. 

Once they were done with sucking the money out of them. They all killed them. 

It turned out that it was not haunted. The story was made up on purpose, to attract people. The story of it being haunted was just a lure. This gang was later exposed when some other people investigated that place. And those people couldn't kill them since they were 20 people as they wanted to shoot an episode for their upcoming tv show.
