The Joker

Munna used to work as a Joker in a circus. For years, he made people laugh. There were times when he wasn't feeling good, had a fight at home, or simply didn't feel like performing. However, he would always find the motivation to come on stage and make people laugh. The last few months have been very different. Since March 2020, he hasn't performed even once, thanks to the lockdown due to COVID. He is struggling to make ends meet. Even the circus owner can't do much.

He has lost all his money and is somehow trying to ensure that his staff gets food to eat. A reporter asked Munna how he feels about the future of the circus as social distancing is going to stay for some time. With a tear in his eyes, he replies, "I don't know. I have forgotten how to laugh. What an irony! I used to make people laugh as a Joker but now I am not sure I will be able to do it again."
