The Hidden Secret.......

Charu was getting more and more questions in her mind to answer. After seeing the image of the lady similar to the picture of the cover page of the book and the lines, her anxiety had increased. She looked at Abhay, who was busy making some plans with his eyes and hands for the next actions. He looked back to Charu and told,’’ it seems all these things are hinting us for either for something big to discover or it will just mislead us.’’ Charu replied,’’ No Abhay, be positive. All these are not just happened in one day or one month or one year, these are the clues we had got which were been given quite a long time back. This is meant for me and my family. We are just on the path of knowing the truth. Just think positive, you will get the way out.’’ Abhay knew that Charu is a very positive-minded person and she is applying her lawyer brain to know the truth. Both of them kept quiet for some time and started thinking of the clue.

Charu after some time stood up and started saying to Abhay,’’ see it might be from the right in front of the image, where we are standing will lead us towards the exit from this or to the place to uncover the real truth. It might be also from the right of the image here a bit back to where we are standing in the road to lead us. But that side too will lead to the lake. So the connectivity of the water is with the lake and sunshine is with the decoding the secret. I think this will be the right direction for us to proceed.’’ Then she looked back to that route. It was full of darkness and it was a corridor. One person at a time can move through that. Abhay was also looking towards that and asked Charu,’’ Then let us move and we should be very careful. Are you ok now?’’ Charu told,’’ oh yes. No problem for me. We can use torch light and movement. I think you are at my back with your that dreaded weapon ready in your hand for safety reason. Will it be ok for you Abhay?’’ Abhay said, exactly I was thinking the same way. But you should be very careful and keep me informing slowly whatever you will see. As you will be in front you can see everything with the light. If you will keep on informing me, then I will be more alert and can handle any problem, if it will come. Then Charu kept silent for a moment and asked Abhay,’’ If we can have some more people and one plumber with us, it may be better, what do you think? Can you ask any of your staff to come along with a plumber? I don’t want the plumber called by Ruth to go along with us. What do you think Abhay? ‘Then Abhay told her, ’it’s ok. Give me some time. Let me talk to my staff and a plumber known to me. ‘’

Abhay took his mobile and spoke to his two most daring constables. He asked them to come to the place with torches and their rifles. He then spoke to his known plumber and asked him to come to the place with his plumbing machine. Then he looked at Charu and told her that it will take an hour time for all of them to reach here, let us just go and have some coffee in the cafeteria. Charu agreed and said till that time we should be very vigilant. Now Abhay had a smile on his face and said,’’ you are thinking and planning like a super cop Charu.’’

They just leave the place very carefully and Charu had hidden her face with her scroll. They reached the cafeteria and took the corner table from where they can see any body’s movement towards that place. They ordered coffee and some snacks. While taking the snacks and a sip of coffee Charu saw two persons at the other corner of the cafeteria were looking at them and talking to each other. This had raised some doubts in Charu’s mind and she informed Abhay regarding this. Abhay looked at them unknowingly and was trying to read them. He too smelled something fishy. Then to divert them Abhay took his mobile and deed acting of talking with a look at those two persons. Charu asked,’’ what are you doing?’’ Abhay replied with a smile,’’ just wait and see those two will flee from here now .’’ Exactly after five minutes that had happened and both of them left the place. Then Abhay reached the manager of the cafeteria and asked him about those two persons. Initially, the manager told that he didn’t know them, but when Abhay asked with a strong voice the manager said that those are the local criminals who just returned to the town two days from the jail. They were in prison for 10 years on several murder cases and one related to the Varghese farm house robbery and murder of their staff. Then Abhay notes down their names along with the name and contact details of the manager. He told the manager that you are too under my scanner now. So, don’t ever try to play any game with me. Remember, whenever I require you have to come to the police station and report. The manager was nervous and told,’’ sir I don’t know anything else except what I told you.’’ Abhay told him,’’ I believe you. Now onwards you have to keep an eye on them and report to me about their activities. I don’t want any further crime by these persons in the city. Also please try to avoid any association with these guys. You may have to suffer for their misdoings. Your cafeteria may have a bad name. Be careful.’’ Then he moved towards Charu. At that moment he could see his two staffs had reached and the plumber gave a call to him to know the exact place. Then Abhay just asked Charu to follow him and he informed the plumber about the exact place. All of them assembled at the same place within ten minutes. Then Abhay made the plan. He asked one constable with a torch to be in front, then Charu behind him followed by Abhay and plumber. And at the last place, the other constable will follow all with another torch. Abhay cautioned everyone to remain alert. Then they started their journey. After going around two hundred steps there come the first obstruction. The constable informed that they can’t walk further as the road is narrow and very low from the top. They have to walk on their knees. They waited for some moment. Abhay asked Charu, will it be ok for her? Charu told it will be ok and they made their way. Then after around a hundred steps, there was a broken thin wall and some sound was coming through that. The constable said,’’ Sir it seems the sound of the flow of water mixed with the sound of some hammering .’’ Then Abhay asked him to put the light through the hole of the wall for a while and see. The constable did that. Then he looked back and told,’’ Sir it seems there was a big workshop there, more than around twenty people will be there. Also, could see the flow of water through a pipe is flowing and getting stored in a big tanker. Then Abhay asked Charu to give little way to the plumber to have a look at that. With much difficulty, Charu got leaned to the wall and gave way to the plumber to have a look at that. The plumber put his eyes behind the whole and tried to see with blinking light the situation there. He looked around the entire area and then looked back to Abhay. He told,’’ Sir there was a big T fitted with the bottom exhaust pipe of the tanker and two pipes had gone in opposite directions. It means the water of the tank is going to two different places. The size of the pipes is bigger than our normal pipes. ‘’Abhay told the constable to have an eye on the people at another side. He asked the constable to judge the approximate distance of their workplace from them. The constable replied,’’ Sir approximately it will be around five to six hundred yards from us. Now I could see some of them are leaving the place and going to the right side of the door of the big workshop. ‘’ Abhay looked at his watch with the help of the torch to see the time, it was 5.30 pm then. Then Charu looked at Abhay and told,’’ One pipeline is showing the direction as described now towards the lakeside and the other might be towards the assumed workshop. We can be able to know the exact details, once we reach the place physically .’’ Abhay listened to it and said,’’ Maybe after 30 minutes from now all will leave the place if they don’t know that we are watching them. Then we can proceed. But how to make our way?’’ Then suddenly the plumber told,’’ Sir, I think here there is a gate. I just now touched a lock type thing. Please give the torch to me and let me see. If there will be a lock and gate, then we can break it and get inside .’’ Abhay gave the torch to the plumber. At the same time, the constable informed that only two persons are there and talking to each other. They are going towards the gate of the workshop and closed the door. They looked here and there and made their way through the same way as all others left. Then the plumber informed,’’ Sir, yes there is a very old lock and a small gate here. If you order I can break the lock with the hammer. Abhay looked at Charu and asked the constable to reconfirm that nobody is there so that they can break the lock and go there. Charu was getting excited as well as her anxiety is increasing. She was thinking what are those Hidden Secrets??? She has to find it out. The various questions in her mind were disturbing her. Abhay got the signal from the constable and asked the plumber to break the luck. Charu was thinking of the various probabilities of Hidden Secret at another side of this wall……. This is going to be a thrilling experience for her….. There are so many secrets ……She looked at Abhay and the plumber….She was waiting for the moment of opening the door to the Hidden Secret……..
