Once upon a time, a monk used to live in woods with his five disciples. They'd call him 'Guru.' During daytime, Guru would teach them about philosophy, religion and general science and by evening, they would go to forest to collect food and other things to survive.

One day, Guru said, "Today when you go to forest, I want you to get as many fruits as many people you envy or hate and bring them with you tomorrow in the morning." They followed his instructions. The next day, they wished guru as he sat under the banyan tree. He asked them to write names of the people on the fruits whom thought of while picking them. They did so too. Then Guru told them to wrap the fruits in a cloth and carry it until his next order.

The bale possessed difficult in normal movements but they kept doing daily chores as instructed by Guru. After a couple of days, they complained that the fruits have spoiled and the smell is unbearable.

"I know. Just as these fruits have made you life difficult. Made you stink. Just the same way, carrying hatred for someone makes you sick but doesn't affect the person you're carrying it for. Water fetches life even when kept in clay pot, poison kills even when kept in gold pot." Guru explained.
