THE DEVIL IS DRIVEN OUT

 The Annual award giving ceremony of the company was going on. Chief of the company announced the name of best manager of the year. It was going to Mr. Anurag Samant. But lo. . none clapped to mark their rejoice. Had the guest of the day not clapped, perhaps the other dignitaries on the dias also would not have clapped.

There was silence spread over the venue.

Every one in the conference hall was silently mumbling " What's there in receiving such an award when all dislike this person full of short temper. "

   After that the chief also announced about the appointment of a new manager in the team for the coming year. He asked to clap to extend a warm welcome for Mr. Dillip Kumar as the new Manager. To this the entire gathering responded with a huse noisy clapping.

   Thus the ceremony ended up with a lot of joy in every one who had joined.

The next day. When Birju the Assistant who was working under Anurag went to his cabin for asking him to help for listing out the names of the company that they have to deal for the coming month.

   But Anurag replied him in a rude manner by saying " if you don't know whom to select & whom not just leave it, go and do the duty in construction site " .  

This wasn't for the first time that Anurag's behaviour was like this with his friends or juniors. He used to behave in this manner with his family too . So his family too was afraid of him .

 After hearing all these from Birju Dillip assured him that he can be of help to him in getting this work done.

Time passed. Knowing this helping nature of Dillip for everyone, Chief of the company gave chances to Dillip to represent the company in fornt of many companies.

  Again after a year the time came to welcome the new best manager of the year. By now the game had changed. This time Dillip got the award & everyone was found extremely happy except Anurag for sure.

The next day Anurag talked to Dillip and asked as to how he could be better than him because he was under him.  

 Dilip replied, "Sir, I learnt everything from you only. I am grateful to you for ever. . Just one thing is different between us. I'm cool and calm with everyone but your short tempered nature killed all your image . Everyone respects you for your talents but at the same time they fear and dislike you for your harshness. This nature is the devil in you which stands against you.

  Shall I request you one thing Sir ? Now that the auspicious Navaratri is going on, it is the right time to identify the devils in us and destroy them with spirituality. So kindly destroy this only devil in your so fine personality Sir. Kindly be cool Sir so that all will keep you in their hearts always.

Anurag realised and from the very next moment vowed to change himself.

   When Anurag hugged Dillip for the first time in great affection, Dillip in fact got dumb foundrd with a rare joy.
