There was something wrong with the house. Locked for days, there was a pile of newspaper and milk bottles stranded at the door. After a couple of days, everything seemed fine, but soon the air around the house turned fishy. The filthy smell from the house was now the concern of complete society. Looking for reasons, they tried to take a peep and found the horrifying sight through a crack in the window.

Walls splattered with blood, flies buzzing around, things scattered like the house was struck by a hurricane and no sign of life. Fearing the unknown, Mr Sinha, Society Secretary, called the cops. Waiting for a couple of hours till the cops arrived, everyone was afraid. Not knowing what has happened and who did it, people felt insecure and feared the same fate might come for them.

It's 12 in the noon. The cops reach the premises and inspect around. They look for escape points, and when they discover nothing, they break into the house. It was indeed a horrible sight.

The young and beautiful newlywed was on the floor, slaughtered to death. There was no sign of a living creature in the house. No force entry or exit. Everything made the cops feel puzzled and uncertain of what had happened there.

The corpse was deforming, and it seemed that the misfortune took place days earlier. The atmosphere turned serious and scary. The cold-blooded murder in the centre of a posh society shocked everyone. Soon, the news was flooded with conspiracy theories of what might have happened.

Looking at the severity of the situation, the case was handed to Inspector Kumar. Kumar, the best investigator, excellent track record, and highly decorated officer. Inspecting the house, he was puzzled when there was no clue. For the first time, he thought that this is a perfect crime, but that would not stop him from cracking it.

Questioning the neighbours, calling family members, and enquiring about the friends offered no clue except that the lady was the second wife to a man with a beautiful daughter. Is it the dead-end? Scooping in deeper, Kumar met the husband, who was out for business for the last 15 days, suggesting tickets and hotel bookings.

A new twist awaited Kumar. Man informed him from the day of the crime, the girl was missing, and the report was already registered by the husband's mother, who lived a couple of blocks away.

What could have happened over there?

He feared if this was a feared murder or even a bigger mystery is behind the whole case. Soon, he got a clue that was difficult to digest. A few neighbours saw the girl run on the same night with blood on her hands. To make things worse, Kumar identified that the little girl had furious nature.

The one suspect that Kumar has now was daughter, rather the step-daughter of the lady. Search went on for days, and they finally found the knife hid back in the garden. Taking the prints from the knife and picking a few from home, forensic started to match.

What? There are the girl's fingerprints on the knife handle.

Kumar felt the case was clear now. The girl killed the lady in agony and escaped. The case of the missing girl was now the case of a fled criminal.

Soon enough, they found the girl. She was scared and not ready to talk. But all have already confirmed she was the culprit, and he filed the charge against her.

But what good a charge is without confession? Taking the help of a child expert, they tried to crack open the girl. No use at all.

Kumar sent the girl to a care home. The days of fear now took the image of drawings on paper. The day Kumar was going to file the case with the court and close it, he found he was wrong. The child expert showed him the pictures, and without delay, Kumar got all the answers.

The drawing of a man stabbing a lady with the little girl hid behind the door explained everything.

He was shocked to see the mistake that he made and started to check back the trail. True, there was ticket and hotel booking, but the face of the image that travelled and stayed was not of the lady's husband.

This time Kumar was not only furious over brutal murder but also the conspiracy against the girl. Soon enough, the man answered everything to Kumar. The marriage was for money and nothing else. But the day he found the heir to the lady's crores of possession is a girl, he went crazy.

He asked to change the will and give him everything. Denial turned him to the devil in minutes. The girl was trying to save her mother but seeing the death burning in her father's eyes, she ran away for her life.

A simple picture saved the life of the girl and caught the culprit. Things changed at the last minute and saved an innocent. It was a nightmare for Kumar to have a wrong suspect throughout when the true culprit twisted the case from the beginning.
