In our lives at some stage, we have had certain inspiring people who were actually our pillar of support, shoulder to cry on and the confidence to move on.

In my case its my mother and my childhood friend who are really inspiring people. They are the people who believe in the ideology that they must inspire people and want the people to look at them and say "I didn't give up because you didn't give up".

Every one in my family and friends circle call me as their great wall and this great wall is actually supported by a strong pillar who is none other than my mother. There were days when my academic choices were questioned and I was in a mental state where I felt that the choices that I made weren't perfect and they turned out to be failures. Each passing day was actually emotional draining me out. The worst of all was the effect these had on my mother. She had to take up the blame for my performance in not being up to the mark in addition to this was the pressure that comes along with class 12 board exam. She was so torn between personal and professional life. She was snubbed again and again but she stood firm in her choices and worked with all her might and her head held high. This nature of hers inspired me a lot and gave the much-needed strength to stand the best in my boards. Today I have reached the first stage towards my goal with my head held up high with pride and content. She really brought the #NEWME.

Other than my mother another inspiring person was my childhood friend. When we were grade seven, There wasn't a single day without fight and groupism in class. And the "best part" was for anything and everything our names were roped in and the reason was that we were "teacher's pet". At one stage things were going over board and reached the saturation level by end of the year. I was too pissed with all the heights of drama that I used to shout back. But she was completely different she just ignored everything and focused more on what needs to be done next. That's when I found a transformation in the class with their behavior towards her. She indeed inspired me to be what I am, achieve what I want to. She is the reason for my transformation. She indeed introduced a #NEWME to me.
