I am traveling again to Itanagar. Long back, I visited the same place. It is almost a decade. Arunachal is another name of natural beauty. Peaks are far wider, Somewhere there are waterfalls, Somewhere there landslides too. First sunrise takes place in this area. Moreover, there are Waterfalls, mountains, Rivers, and forests in the whole Arunachal. There are few tribes like Wanchu, Nokte, Appatani, Nyshi. The train reached early in the morning at 5.00 am. We were asked to apply for Inner Line Permit before we enter into Arunachal. India our land and Indians are not allowed to enter in Arunachal Pradesh without Inner Line Pass! You can not purchase land in Arunachal. Everywhere beef and pork. I will not come to this place again, I thought long back. The offer was so attractive that I could not refuse. I made up my mind and came here after a long gap. I joined the school. I am a foreigner among them. No match of food and thinking. I wanted to visit the Itanagar market. It was Feb, 24, 2019. I wanted to go outside for marketing. I was stopped by guard not to go outside as there is a protest outside. Arunachal Pradesh Deputy CM's house burnt, protesters also torched and vandalized residences of the district commissioner. A superintendent of police rank officer has also been injured. The protests started when a joint high power committee recommended granting permanent resident certificates to six communities who are not natives of Arunachal Pradesh but have been living in Namsai and Changlang districts for decades. What protest? Set on fire, burn houses, burn public property and get sympathy from the opposition, the party not in power. I started thinking about coming out of Arunachal but I was not able to come out of my residence for the next 3 days. 4 days, early in the morning, I left Itanagar, when I crossed Arunachal Pradesh, I was relaxed as I was in Assam. I am not very sure, that my journey to Guwahati Airport is safe?
