This story is truly heart touching. The plot is simple and sensitive. It is related to our day to day life where we meet different people who make their presence felt without knowing them . So, read on to feel it.         

     

Ghanshyam, called his friend Moti as he entered his small restaurant that was full with a lot of people. Nothing so unusual about it. This has been the scene most of the time. He found Ghanshyam at the counter very busy collecting the money that the customers were paying after finishing the tasty meal that was served. The Restaurant was situated in the centre of the city with many Offices, Colleges and Schools around. Yes, you guessed it right the influx of customers was obviously more due the location too. Moti had come to order some food . He was the owner of the neighbouring garment store that was doing okay. His lunch used to be picked up from this very Restaurant.

That day Moti was a bit late for the pick up of lunch. So, he sat on the chair at the entrance waiting for his turn. Suddenly he noticed a young man in his early thirties finishing his food and slowly slipping out of the Restaurant without paying the bill. Moti was surprised but before he could say this to Ghanshyam he had to go back to his Shop as there were customers who had come to buy garments. The matter slipped out of his mind later.                    

   After a couple of days the same thing repeated again. Moti again noticed the same person slipping out of the Restaurant without paying the bill. He even noticed that the person was waiting for the time the Restaurant was full with people who had come to eat so that he can comfortably slip out without anyone noticing it. Now, Moti had to report this to Ghanshyam. But, on hearing it Ghanshyam brushed the topic without any regret. Infect he even had a smile on his face that perplexed Moti. He was wondering why Ghanshyam did not bother about it at all. When questioned again Ghanshyam coolly said he would be thankful to that person who was slipping out of the Restaurant without paying the bill. Now, this was a big shocker to Moti.    On asking the same question Ghanshyam said that the person was God sent. Moti questioned How? Ghanshyam said "He might be praying to God that the Restaurant should be so busy that nobody noticed him while he slipped away from the Restaurant without paying the bill". It is because of his wishful thinking that my Restaurant is so busy day in and day out. What else do I ask for? Said Ghanshyam. Now, do you think Moti had any answer for this. ?           

  Whatever is the reason he felt the end result is good. Ghanshyam was minting money and the person who visited the Restaurant never paid the bill. Ghanshyam never asked for it nor bothered about it .
