Self Help Is The Best Help

Get up! You are late. This is how James day started every day. He was the only son of a rich businessman, the owner of JK industries. James was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and was very overconfident from his childhood as he was the next owner of JK industries. He was also a bright student in school which was the cherry on the cake. Although he was intelligent he never used his intelligence and was very shiftless. Because of his rich background, he was a spendthrift.

This was the time for James to take over the company from his father, who was very old. He had taken his business to a great height. His industry was topmost in India. He used to always tell James to expand the company after him but James never had any ambition but wanted to flaunt being the owner of such a great industry.

When James sat on the owner's chair, he started believing that the company's height is because of his good destiny. He started blowing his own trumpet in his friends. He distributed all the work between employees and used to spend his time showing off and pouring money down the drain.

Slowly, because of James' negligence, the company's position came down. The company which once employed a thousand workers now had only a hundred workers. James was very disappointed and understood that it was not his good fortune but his father's hard work and good deeds. James decided to work hard and fulfill his father's wish of expanding the company to an international level as he has done contrary to his father's wish.

He started working strenuously and exploring the majestic ideas which he already had but they were covered under the blanket of attitude. Finally, his labor flowered into success. He brought JK industries to their original level and was further taking it to the international level. In this way, James's life made him understand, 'Self-help is the best help'.
