SCARED!?

This story is about a very lonely street which was supposed to be haunted!!

Many years ago, my maternal grandfather was in job where he had late night duties sometimes. He used to come back on his scooter on the main road. One day, construction was going on so he had to come from the deserted type of road. The worst part was that the road was lorn and had many puddles due to the rains. My grandfather wasn't much worried about that! But something was scaring my grandfather from inside- he had heard from the villagers that many years ago, a lady suicided on the tree which is just on one corner of the road because she was tortured at home. 

He went there with lots of courage. He was going smoothly on the road and didn't face any paranormal activity. Now he was sure that those were just rumors spread in the village. There are many other myths and some also unknown to him. Villagers use to scare people sometimes or refrain the people from doing something. 

He went going when suddenly, his scooter stopped. His heart just sank in his stomach because he was just near a tree, a big tree. He took small steps- 1, 2, 3.... His hands and legs were trembling but still, he made himself brave. At that moment he saw something shining on the tree, it looked like a lady wearing white dress like a saree. He had goosebumps but with a lot of valour he went nearer to investigate. He saw something in the meanwhile which gave him his confidence back- his scooter stopped because of a puncture. He went on and on and saw something really surprising- the sparkling white thing was just a reflection the water of the puddle because of his scooters' headlights. 

He got a sigh of relief and convinced himself not to believe in ghosts. We shouldn't get horrified by anything just like that, we need to investigate!
