Who doesn’t love to have a beverage in the morning? Many of us even prefer beverages in the evening as well? Well, tea is one of the most common & liked beverages so far. Many of us like to have black tea, many of us like milk tea, and many of us like green tea as well. Every kind of tea has its benefits. Many of you might have heard of many other varieties of teas. Well, we all know that India is the 2nd largest producer of tea leaves. History says tea was first introduced by the British people to overcome the monopoly of Chinese production of tea leaves. Tea mainly contains catechins, which are antioxidants. It also contains caffeine, which may vary from 30 to 90 mg/cup depending on the type of tea and the method of brewing the tea.


Well, many of us prefer green tea after exercising as we say that it contains polyphenols, which include flavanols, flavonoids, flavonoids, and phenolic acids, which help to reduce weight gain & increasing the metabolism. Many of us prefer tea just for flavor. Likewise, many of us also prefer ROSE TEA, which comprises an aromatic herbal beverage from the fragrant petals and buds of rose flowers. ROSE TEA has its benefits. Let me tell you about the same one by one. The foremost problem of every person nowadays is excessive weight gain. One can get rid of weight gain & increase metabolism by having ROSE tea. It also helps in boosting your digestive power. Another foremost problem nowadays is the lack of sleep because of stress and depression, so one can have rose tea to have proper sleep. It also soothes respiratory infections. It helps in boosting the immunity power within us, which is very necessary nowadays.


Many girls face menstruation discomfort or say menstruation cramps during the cycle. ROSE tea helps in reducing menstrual discomfort as well. During pregnancy, we recommend it to have non-caffeine beverages, so one can have Rose tea as it contains only 0.4 milligrams of caffeine, whereas other beverages contain almost 40 to 50 milligrams of caffeine. It also helps in curing a sore throat. It is also helpful for reducing urinary tract infections, and last but not least, rose tea is also helpful for brightening our skin. Now, you might have a few questions running through your mind. How will I make rose tea and how often can I have rose tea in a day? Well, so, here is your answer. For making rose tea, all you need is a few fresh or dried rose petals, water, and honey as sugar additives. Measure the water as per the teacups you require. Let it boil, add the dried or fresh petals of the rose, and let it brew by covering the lid for around 10 minutes. It may take less time for the fresh rose petals, drain the tea powder and serve the tea hot. It is possible to have tea in the morning. You can have it as a detox twice a day. You also have it to get relieved from colds and flu. Well, I must also let you know about the side effects of drinking rose petal tea after drinking 5 cups. You may face issues like diarrhea, headache, and vomiting if you overdose on a cup of tea.
