Ring

Simran and all her crewmates were travelling to a castle for shooting a horror movie. 

They reached there and started to set everything for the shot. 

Simran got chills as soon as she entered the castle. Ignoring this, she stepped into a room followed by her makeup artist. The makeup artist did her make up. 

After 20 minutes, the director called her for a shot. 

She reached her spot and started enacting the scene. 

But as soon as the shooting started, there were wind howling noises. They were so extreme they have to wait for them to die down. After about 10 min everything was at peace. They resumed the shoot but now their light started flickering. 

Now everyone was getting scared. They all thought to cancel the shoot for today but the director convinced everyone to do the shoot and then they will all leave quickly. 

Everyone agreed and the shoot resumed. The shoot went peacefully. 

Now there was a 10 min break for the next shot. Simran came back to the room. She sat on a chair and started to look around. She had a sudden urge to explore the room. She started going in every corner and tracing every detail with her eyes. At one point she saw a glint under the bed. 

She looked closely and identified it as a ring. She picked it up. The ring was so beautiful. 

It was shining and urging her to wear it. She kept it at a table and once again started to look around. 

But now she couldn't concentrate. Her eyes were gliding towards the rings. 

Eventually, she sat on the chair and picked up the ring. It was like the ring was calling to her. She wore it. 

It was looking so pretty on her hands. Suddenly the light flickered again and then she heard the director calling her for the next shot. 

She hurriedly stepped into her position. This time she had to act as if she was possessed.She found doing this shot quote difficult. Her acting didn't impressed the director. 

After 2 cuts director asked her to to concerntrate more and give her best. 

She took a deep breath and gave a little pep talk to herself in her mind. 

The light flickered once again and then she started her shot. 

For a moment she thought as if something was wrong with her but she continued acting. 

Director said the final cut and appreciated her acting. He said that she had done a brilliant job , her acting was so phenomenal that it looked like she was really possessed. She smiled weakly as feel a chill run down her spine. 

The shot was the last scene of today. They hurriedly wrapped everything. 

Simran looked at her hand and decided to take off her ring. She returned to the room and kept the ring at the table. 

As she turned to leave the room, she felt the presence of someone there. She looked back and she thought that she saw a shadow run in a blink of eye. 

She got goosebumps and she ran outside. 

Everyone was now packed up and they were all ready to leave. 

They all settled down in the car and left for their home. 

After reaching home, Simran drank a lot of water and then started to get ready to sleep. As she was removing her make up she saw the ring from the castle on her table. 

She freaked out. The lights flickered and she felt a cold shiver. 

She saw a shadow in her room.
