Pessel (Special) ....Seindwich..

A small, humble messy not so polished joint by the side of the busy street bearing a faded partly torn off signboard "pessal saindwich", with blurred images of sandwiches festooned...

There are feloniously placed red colour plastic tables and chairs at the walkway of pedestrians...with scratches and cracks.. with some red sauce spilt and smeared over the table, tits and bits of leftover sandwiches and drips of red and green chutneys seen scattered ubiquitously... the menu on the tables displayed faded, scribbled and words. mentioning chez tost, plan saindwich, pijja saindwich, chineje nudal saindwich....etc..

The attendees of this modest stall wearing vests and cloth rested on a shoulder glibs the specialities and suggests to try out most running items in the pocket friendly menu..

Yet ...Aroma of the buttery roasted freshly prepared sandwiches that lingers around making its way to noses.... hypnotically pulling the passerby's... stimulating their hunger pangs....

wow.... the huge variety of mouth watering, lip smacking sandwiches brunch...apart from the traditional plain sandwiches..this shop also Specialised in Double cheese toast, Club toast, Paneer cheese blast, chole masala toast, tandoori aloo tikka, tomato tango, Chinese noodle toast sandwiches Maggie noodles toast, pizza vizzza sandwiches....the list endless

Rather my all time favourite was tower sandwich which was a 1ft tall sandwich with various layers from the entire lot...Bombarded with flavours and topped with extra cheese melting hot....

Swearing by its taste each pick from the men's is uniquely flavoursome regale feast in every bite...

Forgot the words printed on the menu.... concentrate on wolfing down this volcano of savouries relishing the palate....
