Notice From Love Guru

Subject: Reply on behalf of Prem Kumar to the said Prem Loan Recovery Notice dated 17th December 2025 sent by the above. 

Dear Concerned, 
1. It has come to our notice that my client, Prem Kumar, has been served with a Prem Loan Recovery Notice dated 17th December 2025 in respect of Prem Loan Account No. PPR03******143. 
2. The notice alleges that my client has knowingly and wilfully defaulted in the payment of the Equal Monthly Installment (EMI- i.e. Dating, Kissing, Feeding) obligations relating to the above account.  Further, it is alleged that my client has failed, neglected and defaulted in regularising and settling the outstanding unsecured credit facilities extended by LOVE BANK LIMITED (herein referred to as the lender). 
3. We wish to clarify that this is not the case and appears to be a misunderstanding. My client has earlier informed us of his financial difficulties through emails dated 17th December 2025 and other forms of communication (WhatsApp calls and messages), and telephone conversations with the recovery agents (girlfriends) representing the lender. 
4. My client is currently facing severe financial crisis due to severe cold and winter, due to which the client is unable to meet his obligations related to payment of equal monthly installments (EMIs) or continue to pay the outstanding payments.  The seriousness of the client's financial difficulties has been consistently and promptly communicated in our previous responses to the lender's demand notices, in which we have explained the nature and extent of the client's financial constraints. 
5. We respectfully submit that my client is not a willful defaulter as per Love Guru Notice No. DBR. NO. CID. BC. 57/ 20.16. 143/ 2014- 2015 dated January 7, 2015, but a genuine borrower who is facing financial hardship as he is a migrant Odia worker and is living alone outside for the welfare of his family. The client has clearly engaged in good faith efforts to resolve his financial obligations, which includes actively initiating requests for debt restructuring proceedings to discharge his outstanding obligations to all lenders. 
7. My client is a law abiding citizen of love and relationships who has faced extreme financial hardship and has always made good faith efforts to meet all financial obligations.  A request for resolution has been initiated as per LOVE GURU guidelines, Notice No. 1. LOVE GURU/2005-6/143 RPCD.PLNFS. BC.No.39 / 06.02.1600/ 1600-1700 dated 3rd September, 2005 under Section 2(a), which includes guidelines for simultaneous resolution of long-term NPAs. In view of my earlier informed financial (love, relationship, kiss etc.) difficulties and inability to meet the related payments, we request the lender to suspend any further interest or penalty. 
7. In the light of the information provided, we request the lender to consider the following points: My client is trying to raise and organize funds with the lender to resolve the client's loan accounts; The client has full intention and is ready to co-operate in resolving the client's payments as per LOVE GURU rules;  and the client is attempting to resolve the matter amicably, requests the lender to explore all possible options for resolution and provide assurances, including appropriate moratorium, waiver of fines, late payment fees, penalties and other charges, and to discuss a repayment plan based on the client's ability to pay. 
8. We request the lender to comply with the guidelines on fair practice for lenders. Author No.BC.143 /09.07.007/2002-03, dated May 5, 2008. The lender is hereby called upon to cease all harassment, intimidation, threats to life and property and to refrain from any other unnecessary actions against my client.  We put the lender on notice that any harassment, intimidation, threats, abuse, or frivolous legal action against my client will be defended at the lender's own expense, risk, and consequences. 
9. This notice is sent without prejudice to my client's other rights, claims, actions, interests, and disputes, or any action, police complaint, criminal action, or civil action already commenced or likely to be commenced against the lender and the lender's agents. 
10. A copy of this response is being retained in our office for record and future action. Please retain the original copy of this notice in case it is necessary to present it before the appropriate court of law.
11. We hereby inform that through the notice sent by S. Puja, my client Prem Kumar is making arrangements to go home and has booked a ticket to go and resolve the long-term love loan problem. And he has expressed his desire to pay all the dues considering the severe winter but S. Puja has demanded that he will fully support him financially (kiss, love, relationship) in the winter love session and has left him at the door of Love Guru or it is likely to happen in the future. 
12. We hereby inform you that it is good to dream with *speed of time* but it is not right to be distracted in dreams....Why is it that emotional attachment always brings danger...Nowadays people break even the most beautiful relationships because of their pride. Only selfish people forget those who help you in bad times. The one who cares for you from the heart has the right to be angry with you. But such notices are condemnable.
