Legal Notice No 143

Dear Nodal Officer,

I am Ms. Pooja Samant, I am writing to inform you that I am writing to file a serious complaint against one of your love agent Pk Novelist, whose name is Shri Pk Novelist (Mobile No. 9023775238) and I have been accused of constant harassment (love) and misbehavior (not picking up phone calls). The said agent is making love to me repeatedly from around 12 am to 4 am, and also comes to my residence at such a late hour (in my dreams). Due to which my younger brother and sister who are sleeping next to me are awake and my husband is also at home and I am completely scared.  This conduct is completely illegal, intimidating and in direct violation of the Fair Practice Code and Courtesy Guidelines of the Ministry of Home Affairs.

As per the Ministry of Home Affairs Circular (DBR.No.Leg.PB.21/09.07.006/2016-17), the Ministry of Home Affairs and its courtesan agents are strictly prohibited from contacting the client (courtesan) after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM or using any amorous, coercive or intrusive methods. However, your agent has completely disregarded these rules and has subjected me and my family to mental stress and harassment without directly marrying me. 

I therefore request:

Immediate action may be taken against the said agent Mr. Pk Novelist for the crime and violation of the Ministry of Home Affairs guidelines so that my soul may find "unparalleled peace". 

Give a written undertaking that no such calls or visits will happen again and 
Activate DND (Do Not Disturb) and stop all repeated calls and visits after the permitted time. If my lover does not always come to me, I will be forced to send "Legal Notice No. 143" in the name of the deceased.

Ministry of Home Affairs demands due assurance and apology for this harassment.

Please immediately investigate the matter and take strict disciplinary and regulatory action as per the guidelines of Ministry of Home Affairs and Home Ombudsman.
