The story revolves around a father and son and how they learn everything from each other. Jitesh always wanted to make a birthday cake recipe for his father just like his dead mother would do in his childhood. But he tries it multiple times and fails to do the cake with perfection. He and his father own a catering service near the railway station where they both have to reach there on or before 5 AM to get ready their recipes, their ingredients needed to prepare them and the customer dining area. Despite looking like a mere thin centre, his father impresses the tired passengers who had overlong train journey with an amazing aromatic breakfast meal that not only fills their stomach with fullness but also make their heart feel with warmth. Jitesh will assist his father in serving the customers with plates of food, cleaning the plates and also help him cutting the vegetables. He also takes the responsibility of cleaning the dining and the kitchen area so that no one should not have a misconception that they cook in an unclean area. But Jitesh hadn’t learn these stuff rapidly. It took years of experience, failures and insults from customers that stroke his mind to work in a river like a flow in not getting distracted. He also gets time to time advised by his morally equipped father in how t buy the necessary ingredients from specific place, how to identify good customers from bad and also how to rapidly cut the vegetables like a magic. Yet Jitesh realised that one thing is missing from his life and is how to cook and bake a cake. This thing he wanted to learn from his father for a long time. Every night he would practice the cake baking lessons on night so as to surprise his father on his 60th birthday with an orange saffron coloured cake.

The time when Jitesh bakes the cake, he sometimes forgets the order of adding the ingredients or sometimes the cake doesn’t meet his expectations. His father who had silently guided his son throughout his life and baby stepped in each path of life made a decision to teach the next knowledge. How to cook. His father one night when he was Half awake saw a mess of so many ingredients in the kitchen space and saw his son crumbling in confusion as to decide the order of adding them.

Keshavan chuckled with a smile and realised that he must make a next step for his son’s life.

Next day the duo took a day off and Keshavan took his son to his friend’s bakery kitchen where jitesh’s eyes glittered with amazement and magic. He took a look on how the space was clean and organised and also realised that why his father always insisted to keep one ingredient while cooking at a time and also the fact that why the space should be clean because it should give the chef the space to actually work in peace and happiness. Keshavan asked his friend to teach his son a cake recipe and Jitesh learned the art of baking the cake in a proper way.

That night, it was keshavan’s birthday and he was excited for his son’s cake. And as expected, days of failure and proper learning of art can master any skill in anyone. Jitesh brought the cake with tears in eyes feeling that he had finally accomplished the knowledge. His father didn’t mattered that his son cant bake other recipes. But the perfection he gained through experience was something he wanted to see in his son. The improvement in mastering our known skills to a legendary level. Along with the cake, Jitesh surprised his father with one more thing.

For days, keshavan’s food cooking business had been dull owing to the lack of customers and attraction to their place. Jitesh captured photos of their hotel and announced a door delivery service on times other than passenger arrivals - times of afternoon and evening where actually there would be a less spree of customers flocking to their shop. After this announcement ,they actually received some orders in his phone. Keshavan’s face turned brighter even glowing than the candle and he too realised that knowledge is something limited to Learn up to a certain age. For years of training his son in experience, his son Jitesh also learnt the skill of selling their art and expanding it to other needed people. Jitesh and Keshavan took a bite of cake and enjoyed their night happily gaining lessons of wisdom and knowledge from each other.
