mysterious letter
"Some stories begin with hello, Mine began with a letter I was never supposed to read.
It was raining that night. The kind of night that makes the world feel peaceful. I had no umbrella, no plan and no real reason to be anywhere.
I was near around the old quiet town, I visit the library not because I need it a book because it was very peaceful kind of place. I was just watching a books by mistake the three books drop at a floor from me, when I pick up then I saw that the upper book have no title, no address, just a single initial.
"To you, from A".
Inside, the handwriting was elegant, old fashioned.
In the letter, it was like he wrote his letter to his crush. he tell in that letter that how he saw her in letter it was in written I always show you by the third window near the history section.
You never noticed me not really but I know noticed everything. How you hum you read. The way you touch your hair when you're lost in thoughts. The writer confesses their feeling and love but never signs their name only the initial "A". I slowly unfolded the letter careful not to tear the edges. The paper feel soft, almost like it had been held many times before. The handwriting was neat, curved and calm-the kind of writing that made me trust the person before you even read a word. The more I read, the more I felt as if the words were meant for me.. but that was impossible.
When I open the letter fully, I found something even stronger-a small silver key tape to the paper. It was a cold, heavier then it looked, and had the same initial "A" engraved on it. My heart started beating faster. A key to what?
I checked the letter again, hoping it would explain, but there was nothing. Just silence and questions I put the key in my pocket, feeling that it weight like a secret I wasn't ready to share.
The library was almost empty now. Only the soft sound of pages turning could be heard. I thought about asking the librarian about the letter, but something stopped me. What if I wasn't supposed to know?
When I stepped outside the rain had slowed down. The whole town felt strange, almost like it was waiting for something to happen. I looked at a letter for something to happen. I looked at a letter one more time and noticed something.
I had missed- a small line under one word.
Window.
My heart started racing again. There were many windows in this town, but I knew which one it was talking about - the third window near the history section in the library.
I turned around and went back.
THANK YOU!!!
